The ancient civilizations of Egypt, Israel, and Greece have given me wisdom about different cultures, but it's Kenya that has captured my heart and has made me want to explore Africa further. Over the past ten years, my clients have included large and small groups, families, and couples. I have advanced cruise line training from Celebrity, Princess, and Carnival. As President of Kahala Travel, I work hard in building relationships with our travel suppliers so our agents can offer excellent value and unique experiences for our clients.

I love to travel and feel grateful every time I have the opportunity to visit new destinations understanding I am one of the lucky ones. Each location brings a new wonder and appreciation for the diversities in our world including landscape, architecture, cultures and food; each different and all unique! I have traveled extensively throughout Western & Eastern Europe, Israel, Mexico and Caribbean, South Pacific and many places in the US including 100+ times to Hawaii. Cruising the world on most of the cruise lines has become a favorite with family and friends; an easy way to get around to lots of beautiful locations while only unpacking once. I am a working owner, founding Kahala Travel in 1987. I enjoy planning romantic holidays, exploration vacations and affinity groups but I really like working with families of 3 or 4 generations, planning their time away together! My experience spans over 40 years including 15 years as an agency owner. Growing up in the east coast I traveled much of the eastern part of the US and have been fortunate to enjoy trips to Europe, Israel and Jordan, Asia and the South Pacific. I have enjoyed every aspect of the business having seen most of the industry changes. I enjoy working with the individual client whether for leisure or business and group bookings. Some of my time is spent working with our great team of affiliate consultants. I am a good problem solver and welcome the challenge. I am the one you talk with in case you have an after hour emergency. My love of travel, an appreciation of new horizons yet experienced will keep me traveling for decades to come.
