Founded in 1987 by Joyce Dentt, Kahala Travel, is a privately held professional travel corporation based in San Diego, with annual sales over 10 million.  Kahala Travel employs 10 travel consultants but we also include a wonderful group of independent consultants all of whom are experienced travelers.  We specialize in providing our corporate and leisure clients with personalized, courteous service with our unsurpassed travel expertise.

• Continuing education of agents through product seminars and agent familiarization trips.

Our founder, Joyce Dentt and her sister and President of Kahala Travel, Janine Joseph, run the operations of the company.  Joyce has traveled extensively and brings a creativity and family management style understanding the importance of great staff, equipping them with continuing education and technology.  Janine is a graduate of San Diego State University, with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance and has also traveled a great deal.  Janine takes care of the daily operations; has great marketing skills and is a motivator to each of the staff.
