I have traveled throughout this wonderful world but some of my favorites are New Zealand, Australia, and Greece and Vietnam was a wonderful surprise! You can even check out my camel riding in Egypt on Facebook. I enjoy working with groups, including car clubs, and like creating custom vacation experiences for the traveler.

My goal is to work with you to assure your trip is the best value for your dollar while creating wonderful and unforgettable memories. I give personnel attention to your reservation from the first day of booking. My 30 years of experience in the travel industry has allowed me to see beautiful places and experience exciting adventures firsthand so that I can provide firsthand information to my clients. While travel is my biggest passion, enjoying your work is imperative and I feel so blessed I have been able to incorporate both of these as one! While traveling extensively to Hawaii, Mexico, the South Pacific, and many parts of the Caribbean, both independently and via cruise ship, I am drawn to an island paradise, like a bee to honey.

Planning romantic holidays & honeymoons, as well as destination and cruise weddings are my favorite focus. I also love coordinating cruise groups for bachelorette parties, families, and friends. I have literally "grown up" with many of my clients, marking their childhood thru their marriages and honeymoons!

My travels have taken me to many wonderful destinations around the world so I am able to provide this first-hand experience to my clients. Most of my travel is done for the luxury leisure traveler creating wonderful and exciting holidays however I also handle some corporate business. I also enjoy planning family or friend groups; a great way to stay connected while touring the world.

I began working in the travel industry in 1978, taking over as manager of Neiman Marcus in 1983 until its closing in 2002. I am a very detailed person so no task is too difficult. I speak fluent Spanish so many of my clients are from Mexico.

When you love what you do your joy comes from hearing a client share about their "wonderful vacation." Booking reunion groups on cruises and family vacations to exciting destinations is truly rewarding. I enjoy the beach so traveling to Hawaii, New Zealand, Fiji, Tahiti and the Caribbean are favorites. I also love cruising, especially to Alaska. I first entered the travel industry over 30 years ago as a reservations agent with Eastern Air Lines which gave me the opportunity to travel throughout the United States (including Hawaii), the Caribbean and Europe. I'm always involved in training courses and continue to expand my horizons daily.

Each location brings a new wonder and appreciation for the diversities in our world including landscape, architecture, cultures and food; each different and all unique! I have traveled extensively throughout Western & Eastern Europe, Israel, Mexico and Caribbean, South Pacific and many places in the US including 100+ times to Hawaii. Cruising the world on most of the cruise lines has become a favorite with family and friends; an easy way to get around to lots of beautiful locations while only unpacking once.

I am a working owner, founding Kahala Travel in 1987. I enjoy planning romantic holidays, exploration vacations and affinity groups but I really like working with families of 3 or 4 generations, planning their time away together!
