Tour Inclusions and Conditions

PRICE $3375.00pp INCLUDES
• Deluxe Accommodations based on two persons sharing a room in each city
• 9 Breakfasts
• 3 Lunches
• 6 Dinners
• Marine Barracks Parade
• All sightseeing as noted on itinerary
• All transportation during tour is by private motorcoach
• All hotel taxes, gratuities, porterage

NOT INCLUDED
• Meals or beverages other than specified; some meals are on your own
• Insurance
• Items of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, etc.
• Airline Tickets
• Airline Baggage Fees
• Transfers from airport to hotel on Day 1 and from hotel to airport on Day 12

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
• Broadway show Wicked on June 29
• Dinner on the Potomac River on 4th of July.
• July 5 extension – Stay the evening of July 4 - $3500.00pp (includes breakfast)

DOCUMENTS
• A valid Driver’s License or Government Issued Photo ID is required.

TOUR DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
• A nonrefundable deposit of $500 per person is required to make a reservation.
• Final Payment due by April 15, 2010. All returned checks are subject to a $50 charge, no exceptions.

CANCELLATIONS
• All cancellations must be in writing and are charged over and above nonrefundable deposit.
• Cancellations received 91 days or earlier prior to departure will incur an additional $100 cancellation charge.
• Cancellations received 90-60 days prior to departure will incur an additional $150 fee above deposit.
• 59-46 days prior to departure will incur a $250 cancellation fee above deposit.
• 45-31 days before departure will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total tour cost.
• 30-15 days before departure will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total tour cost.
• 14-0 days before departure will be subject to a 100% of the total tour cost.

INSURANCE
• We strongly recommend that passengers purchase travel insurance which includes coverage for Trip Cancellation or Interruption, Medical Expense and Baggage. An optional travel insurance plan is available to The Next Great Awakening Tour Participants.
• Travel insurance is not in force until the premium is received so we strongly recommend purchasing insurance at time of deposit.

SPECIAL NOTE ON LUGGAGE
• One medium size suitcase per person.

DEVIATIONS
• Any change in the basic program will result in a charge of $150 per change per person plus any additional charges that may apply for revised land arrangements.

RESPONSIBILITY
• Kahala Travel and their agents are not the source or supplier of the travel services and acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal suppliers, and other independent contractors providing transportation, accommodations and/or other services.
• Kahala Travel and their agents and suppliers reserve the right to change the sequence of the itinerary to re-route, substitute or change certain site visits according to local conditions at the time of our stay including but not limited to severe weather, strike or government intervention.
• Hosts of the tour reserve the right to cancel or alter any portion of the itinerary as they deem necessary or desirable due to time constraints.
• Kahala Travel will not be responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late arrivals or departures or by any change of schedules or other conditions; nor will they be responsible for the loss of or damage to baggage or any article belonging to the passenger.
• Kahala Travel is not liable for any personal injury or property damage which may arise out of these services.
• Kahala Travel reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person traveling under our auspices. The suppliers concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time travelers are not with the group.
• The passenger contract shall constitute the sole contract between Kahala Travel and the purchasers of this tour and/or passengers.
